Accessibility

Two things on one page: how we built this site, and what the resort publishes about access for guests.

This website

  • Text is real text, with headings in order, so screen readers can navigate by heading.
  • Every page works without JavaScript; the request form simply shows all three steps at once.
  • Links are underlined, colours keep strong contrast, and images carry text descriptions.
  • The layout adapts to phones without sideways scrolling, and text can be enlarged in the browser.
  • Google Maps loads only where we say so; on the home page only after you press the button.

If something on this site is hard to use with your setup, email [email protected] and tell us the page; we will fix it or send you the information another way.

At the resort

  1. Parking Accessible bays are close to the car park entrance lobbies and individually marked.
  2. Toilets The resort states that all its restrooms offer easy access for people with disabilities.
  3. Theatre Lift access is available on the Stalls level of The Star Theatre.
  4. Rooms The resort asks guests to contact Reservations about rooms and apartments that suit their needs and to mention requirements when booking. It does not publish a list, so neither do we.

Through our desk: write your access needs in the wishes box of the request. We ask the hotel specific questions — step-free route, shower type, door widths — before offering a room.

Ask our desk for a room on Broadbeach Island

Three short steps: dates, the room you have in mind, where to reply. Our desk takes it from there.

  1. 1 · Dates
  2. 2 · Room
  3. 3 · You
When, and how many of you
Which room, and anything we should know
Where we should reply

How it works: the request goes to this site's booking desk, not to the hotel. We check availability and the current rate with the hotel's reservations team or a booking partner and answer by email. We never ask for card details here, and a request is not a booking.

If your request turns into a confirmed stay, the hotel or the booking partner that completes it pays us a commission. You pay nothing extra for asking. How we earn.

Received. Our desk now checks the dates with the hotel's reservations team or a booking partner and replies by email, usually within one business day. Nothing is booked or charged until you say yes to an offer.
